I do creative needlework from home and need to keep up-to-date with current laws etc. I have found the Council does not make self-employment easy, information is not passed on by staff when asked.
Benefits and Job Centre Plus do not encourage self-employment,i am only just learning to use the computer, so I have missed out on useful information from the Charnwood Council.
